This person will work on the Salesforce application as well as with other emerging technologies. Primary Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of quality IT solutions.

Coach less experienced developers through best practices, tools, and consistent processes.

Identify and lead DevOps journey focused on automation and increasing speed and while maintaining quality.

Contributes to large scale salesforce implementations.

Supports external deployment process.

Troubleshoots and provides solutions to software development problems.

Demonstrates the ability to foster business relationships and possesses good communication skills.

Other Responsibilities: Drives and builds line performance to deliver high-quality solutions by eliminating waste and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Continuously improves software delivery capabilities by collaborating and coaching within the line.

Willing to poly-skill and learn other technologies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of Java development or Salesforce development experience with Apex and building Lighting components.

3+ years of experience working with SOAP and REST based services.

Highly motivated individual willing to learn and participate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem solving abilities.

Experience working with the following technologies: APIGEE, GitHub, Kubernetes

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you’ll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle moderately sophisticated business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
