We are looking for an experienced Staff Technical Data Analyst who is an expert at supporting business with data analytics and driving product data change management. We support virtual platform sales enablement analytics end to end. We also have an exciting opportunity to shape modern analytics, bringing together digital tools and GenAI LLMs to make a tangible impact on customer experience. What you'll bring
8+ years of experience working with different data and analytics domains such as digital products, service operations, e-commerce marketplace, Customer Support, finance, and marketing. Sales analytics experience a huge plus, including but not limited to lead management, E2E funnel reporting, and Sales Tech product analytics.
Advanced proficiency in data modeling and mapping business needs into data design and modeling.
Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production with deep knowledge of ETL and data pipelines.
Experience influencing at senior leadership levels and driving cross-functional teams
Ability to simplify stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end, systems-oriented quantitative thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and critical deadlines
Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Proactive and inquisitive learner: Seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics; a related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred
How you will lead
+ + Discover and Execute on Opportunities for Automation: Partner closely with other technical data analysts, business analysts and engineers to lead a cross-functional roadmap spanning investments in tooling, customer experiences and scalable infrastructure resulting from deep empathy on user pain points.
Research and Solutioning for Change Management: You will focus on developing hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them. You will convince and influence leaders using clear insights and recommendations on the solutions. You will build credibility through structure and clarity, and be a trusted strategic partner
Analytics Methodologies: You will synthesize learning and measurement plans for experiments and campaigns to define data collection requirements and identify opportunities to build durable components. By partnering with data engineering to scale and automate analytics on new products and initiatives, you will build solutions to drive discussions, facilitate decision-making, and provide actionable insights. You can identify the data needed for a business problem and ensure availability and quality of data, while working with data infrastructure to triage issues and resolve.
