Take your ambitions to the next level Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, primarily for the payroll module using Jira ticketing system;
Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily health care;
Work on support tickets and recommend enhancements;
Optimize client processes, and deliver training, testing and footprint expansions;
Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
Will be supporting clients Jira ticketing system.
When it just clicks! Does this sound like you?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting (implementation or support) and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
Healthcare industry experience (asset);
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional;
Assets:
Fast Formulas;
HDL and HSDL.
Proficient in MSOffice products, especially MSExcel, MS Teams and MS Outlook;
Ability to:
organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently with little or no assistance, and manage time effectively;
self-learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
