Take your ambitions to the next level Provide:
domain, functional and technical expertise;
Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects;
status and issue reports to the project manager on a regular basis.
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud;
Work with:
companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM:
Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality;
Advise clients on best practices;
Map business processes to the delivered functionality;
Document customer requirements;
Configure application functionality;
Assist with testing;
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
and mentor junior level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables;
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions;
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions;
Develop end-user documentation and training materials;

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional lead role;
Experience:
with Oracle Cloud;
in any of the following modules:
Core Human Resources (HR);
Payroll;
Absence;
Time and Labor (OTL).
leading small teams (2-4 people);
creating requirements and design documents;
creating parallel testing strategy and approach.
Successful track record working with Oracle HRMS (HCM) modules, as well as prior related business experience;
Knowledge of Cloud HCM processes;
Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project;
Assets:
Experience:
with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.);
leading implementations.
Oracle certification.
Self-motivation and ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers;
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Detail-oriented person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
