What we do:
The Sr. IT Enterprise Project Manager will lead our corporate IT department's project management initiatives. This includes being a driving force in leading a diverse range of IT projects, especially within the enterprise applications team.
Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of their core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What you can do:
Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including developing the project plan, leading the schedule, handling risks, defining the scope and costs, and allocating resources
Ensure the successful completion of all stages, releases, and elements of IT Enterprise transformation projects, taking ownership of the responsibility and accountability of the outcomes
Use extensive business and technical knowledge to address various aspects including technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement
Mobilize and motivate effective project teams; communicate optimally across teams and groups; reprioritize as necessary to address changes in the business and/or shifting needs
Work in partnership with various stakeholders and the program management functions to oversee the overall allocation of resources and capacity distribution for project personnel
Responsible for coordinating collaborative project review meetings and other communications to highlight significant updates, assessing risks and risk mitigation plans while providing project status to key stakeholders
Loops in key members of the IT organization to support the execution of any projects where IT takes a major supporting role, even if they are not the primary project owner. Ensures effective collaboration and communication between project teams and IT personnel to achieve project goals
Proactively get in touch with various contacts across the business to better anticipate projects and needs before they become urgent
This position may require minimal traveling from time to time during a calendar year
May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel

What you can contribute:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering required
Eight (8) years of experience in leading IT projects in a high-tech manufacturing industry is highly desired
Good understanding of master data concept and experience in ERP technologies such as Manufacturing Management, Production Management, Manufacturing Execution System, Manufacturing Operations Management, Logistics, Quality Management, or Supply Chain planning function a big plus
Experience driving IT projects to design and deploy infrastructure, cloud, software / SaaS tools, security measures, training initiatives, and other traditional IT projects is also valued
Experience in use of ASAP Methodology or Project Management Industry certifications (PMI) will be highly valued
You may also be able to contribute:
Professional expertise and a proven history of leading and delivering successful enterprise projects with a deep understanding of ERP concepts and working principles
Extensive project management experience in various sectors, including Aerospace, or other similarly regulated industries
Proficient in the use of project management software such as Asana and Jira are desired
Experience leading or administering tools like these is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
Self-motivated and forward-thinking
Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
