You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

+ Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ Finance functions.

+ Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function

+ Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

+ Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP

+ Collaborate with project teams to understand clients' business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Project Systems solutions.

+ Configure SAP Project Systems modules according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

+ Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Project Systems, providing guidance and support to project teams and client stakeholders.

+ Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.

+ Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation

+ Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community

+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP Finance or FI/CO

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SAP Project Systems, including knowledge of PS structures like: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Multi Resource scheduling, Milestone billing, Project quotation, Time sheets etc.

+ Minimum of 2 end-to-end Finance implementations, including Solution Confirmation, Design, Build, Testing, and Deployment phases.

+ Previous experience with Consulting, Advisory and/or supporting industry

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

+ You have external client-facing consulting experience

+ You have SAP S/4HANA Project Systems implementation experience

+ You have functional expertise in several Finance areas which integrate with Project Systems including Core Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management / Inventory.

+ You have project experience with Commercial Project Management (CPM)

+ You understand the technology and how it affects their area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
