In this role, you'll be responsible for building our launch engine, from defining launch tiers and bill of materials templates to supporting major launches and reflecting on what worked or not. As the company grows, we will look to you to evolve our processes, playbooks, and vision to scale the impact of our launches in the market.

As an experienced IC on the Strategy & Operations team, you will help the entire Product Marketing organization by defining launch best practices, managing multi-launch campaigns, and liaising with cross-functional leaders. You will report into a Director of Product Marketing and work closely with category PMMs (aligned to product areas), Product and Marketing Operations teams (from a process and program management perspective), Enablement teams (across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Field), as well as functional leaders in Marketing and Product Management.

Role responsibilities:

Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) playbook and process for bringing new products and features to market, including enabling relevant teams on how to use it and making iterative improvements based on learnings

Design and maintain an internal launch calendar, ensuring visibility and proactive / reactive communications with relevant teams where needed

Support major (Tier 1) launches, especially ones tied to first-party tentpole events, from a strategy and planning perspective in close collaboration with category PMMs and Marketing Operations

Define and implement best practices for launch tracking and reporting in collaboration with Analytics and Operations teams

We’re looking for someone with…

Experience

6+ years in B2B/B2D product management, product marketing, growth/lifecycle marketing roles, ideally for technical products targeting software developers

Ownership. You take complete ownership of your work and champion efforts to get things to completion. You define clear roles and responsibilities for yourself and hold yourself accountable for the results

Process-driven. You always consider the example you set for others. You like to share best practices and insights proactively. You are able to strike the balance between the desire to move fast with the ability to scale consistently and reliably

Data-informed. You always start with research and input-gathering. You use data to support your opinions and decisions. You are driven to set measurable goals for every project

Qualities

Flexibility and adaptability. You enjoy working in ambiguity. You are calm and effective under pressure and able to pivot quickly. You excel at task prioritization and proper evaluation of situational urgency

Focus and drive. You know what matters and apply yourself with gusto, continuously exploring how much faster you can learn and execute
