Business Development & Communications Coordinator - Renewables

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

•Develop and customize sales collateral, SOQs and pre-qualifications , client presentations, and marketing and communications material to support business development efforts.

•Assist in tracking, updating and reporting of project opportunities in CRM and other tools.

•Assist in writing and managing content for internal communications channels including the intranet and employee communications platform (including upcoming mobile app) targeted to Renewables employees; contribute Renewables-specific content for company-wide internal communications.

•Track wins, milestones, awards, and other achievements for Renewables. Report and coordinate with PRE Marketing for timely external communications and promotion (social media, media, thought leadership, website, etc.).

•Assist in coordinating photography requests for project sites, offices, headshots, and events for Renewables as part of our Corporate Photography program.

•Assist in coordinating industry awards and surveys for Renewables ; contribute to company-wide awards and surveys calendar.

•Help maintain inventory and coordinate orders for branded merchandise and promotional items through the Primoris company store for Renewables business development team, employees, clients, recruiters, and new hires. Organize and prepare required items for New Hire Orientations and Project Kickoffs.

•Assist in presenting Marketing information/items in Project Kickoff's

•Assist in video creation, editing, and reviewing for internally created informational videos

•Review, edit, and proofread template proposal material, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, communications or related field.

•Renewables industry knowledge preferred.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, proofreading, and grammar.

•Self-starter who can independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

•InDesign and CRM experience a plus.

•Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics and create reports .

•Some travel required

Targeted Salary - 60,000 -75,000
