The Position:
The Client Service Associate will report to the Director of Client service and work closely with investment advisors and the client service team to deliver a premium service offering to our clients. This role will be assigned specific families and is responsible for analyzing and executing tasks involving those family's accounts and investments. This person will ensure all execution items are tracked and completed on time.

To keep pace with this momentum, we're seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join our client service team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to build upon the high-touch service model offered to current clients and help us offer that same standard as we seek to develop new client relationships as well.
Furthermore, you'll take on the vital responsibility of easing the investment process for clients and creating a differentiated experience for them. Your efforts will contribute to guiding families along their stewardship journey and building trust with them so they can focus on what matters most.
Responsibilities:
Client Service
Deliver superior client service to assigned families - analyze accounts, troubleshoot problems, schedule and organize meetings; serve as liaison between advisor and client as needed.
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, verbally and in writing.
Manage client information - prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, regularly update CRM to track pertinent information.
Maintain contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information.
Support the client service team, investment advisors, and client families with ad-hoc Projects.
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships focused on enhancing the client experience.
Schedule and prepare reports for quarterly reviews, ensuring accuracy of data and timeliness of delivery to client.
Draft quarterly review meeting discussion summary and manage follow-up items.
Monitor client service inbox for team and initiate workflows as necessary.
Ensure work activities follow established risk controls and are compliant with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Account Set-up, Maintenance & Analysis Responsible for onboarding new clients, including set-up of new client accounts, transfer of assets and ongoing account maintenance.
Analyze and track transactions across client accounts and coordinate with Portfolio Managers and the Client Service Team to understand large transactions.
Manage client execution items in task management system with appropriate documentation and organization.
Monitor Tamarac reporting system for your assigned clients to confirm accuracy and holistically report on asset allocation and performance.
Process and monitor various money movements including wires, ACHs, journals, DTC, ACAT and non-ACAT transfers.
Investment Documentation & Funding Assist with completion of new investment subscription documents through DocuSign related to alternative investments for client families.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness on all capital call workflows and funding.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a service role.
Bachelor's degree required.

Takes initiative, anticipates developments, identifies gaps, and finds solutions.
Experience working with custodial platforms, preferably Schwab and Fidelity.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF Pro
Experience working with Salesforce, Asana, Tamarac and DocuSign is desirable.
