What You Will Be Working On:

As the Revenue Operations Specialist at cove.tool, your role is essential in leveraging HubSpot CRM to drive key business strategies. Directly supporting our operations manager, you'll be deeply involved in data management and analysis across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance. Your expertise in HubSpot CRM, or similar CRM systems, will be crucial for maintaining data integrity and uncovering vital trends. Through your work, you will facilitate collaborative efforts across departments, contributing significantly to both financial planning and overall operational efficiency, making you an invaluable asset in the company’s growth and strategic planning.

CRM Management: Managing workflows, sequences, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action within HubSpot.

Data Segmentation: Segmenting lists based on user personas, behavior and interactions.

CRM Customization: Creating custom modules and templates in HubSpot to enhance user experience and sales/marketing processes.

Lead Nurturing: Optimizing workflows to convert leads into customers, while managing list integrity.

CRM Data Integrity: Implementing data validation, cleansing, and migration to maintain high data quality.

Reporting and Analytics: Defining reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and customer success goals.

Technical Support and Training: Serving as a HubSpot subject matter expert, providing end-user support, and assisting users with best practices.

CRM Optimization: Managing platform integrations, workflow development, and troubleshooting within HubSpot.

Comprehensive Data Integration: Integrate and analyze data from various sources within the CRM and outside (e.g., Stripe, cove.tool app) to provide a holistic view of the business landscape.

Strategic Consultation: Consulting on advanced marketing and sales operations topics, including lead scoring, sales enablement, and tech stack optimization.

Required Experience and Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems.

Proficiency in HubSpot Professional / Enterprise, with HubSpot certifications preferred

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools) and understanding of financial data analysis.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in adopting a growth mindset for strategic problem-solving, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable for future developments.
