As the foremost hospitality provider specializing in global soccer, we offer exclusive access to key international soccer tournaments, including AFCON, Asia Cup, Copa America, European Championships, and the Ultimate Global Festival of Football. Through our global footprint and market expertise, we deliver the passion, drama, and skill of soccer to clients of all regions and cultures.

We are searching for an Account Executive to expand business development efforts in anticipation of the 2026 World Cup. A successful candidate will develop new accounts, manage client relationships, and grow into a long-term visionary for the Curation brand. We recognize excellence and are fully committed to developing impactful future leaders.

This is an in-person role located in our Greenwich office.

Key Responsibilities

Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.

Identifying, building, and maintaining a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives.

Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.

Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.

Qualifications

Sales experience: 3-5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience.

Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience cold calling C-level executives. Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.

Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.

Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPIs plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role.

Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills.

Leadership: We promote 100% from within and actively develop top performers into management.

Compensation and Benefits

40 years of being a global business means we have institutional knowledge of how to sell, manage, and develop relationships. On average, our managers have 7+ years of experience, with long-service managers at 20+ years. We collaborate as a team to develop winning strategies for closing business.

Account Executives earn 5% commission on sales, with average deals at $120k.
