As the Financial Systems Analyst at ATD, you will report directly to our Associate Director, Financial & HR Technology, playing a pivotal role in supporting our internal teams on projects centered around Workday, Adaptive Insights, and various financial applications and analytics.

Financial Accounting (General Ledger)
Suppliers & Payables
Expense Management
Banking and Settlements
Business Assets
Capital Projects
Financial Reporting and Analytics (Reports (including Composite), Dashboards, Scheduled Reports, Worksheets)
FDM Management
Customers & Revenue (implementing in 2024)
Inventory (implementing in 2024)
Adaptive Insights:
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Workforce Planning (implementing 2024)
Reporting and Analytics (HTML Reporting, OfficeConnect, Dashboards)
Metadata Management
Integration to/from Workday and Adaptive
User Administration
Specifically, the key initiatives and responsibilities of this role include:
Analyzing existing processes and touch points to optimize system configurations, bringing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table.
Documenting technical requirements and prioritizing tasks to align with stakeholder needs, ensuring our services and solutions meet current and future business demands.
Managing multiple work streams concurrently, showcasing your organizational prowess and project management skills.
Designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting systems and processes, while adhering to best practices in change management and system development life cycle.
Collaborating with stakeholders, including leaders and cross-functional partners, to set strategic guidance and influence decision-making effectively.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, process enhancements, and automation to drive operational efficiency and business value.
Preparing communications and presentations to educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates.
Stakeholder and system requirements are dynamic, so it is important to keep pace with the evolving landscape by staying updated on Workday innovations and acquiring new skills/knowledge.
About You...
Required:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workday Financials configuration and Adaptive Planning model development and support.
Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) design and maintenance experience.
Proficiency in Business Processes, Security and Reporting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A drive for excellence and a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
Works collaboratively with team members, sharing responsibilities, ideas, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred:
Workday Financials PRO certification, or other finance module Workday PRO certification
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems.
Experience in financial planning and analysis.
A robust functional knowledge of financial systems, reporting and processes.

The ATD Workday team is responsible for the ongoing support, development, and maintenance of ATD's financial and HR systems, including Workday, Adaptive Insights, as well as related reporting and analytics. We work closely with Analytics, HR, Finance Departments, and leadership to improve processes, technological capabilities and insights derived of these systems.
