Be Client Facing- i.e. partnering with the current service team, producers, carrier reps, vendors, and accounts to maximize the potential for new client revenue and a high level of existing account retention
Set Strategy for client service deliverables, obtaining tools and resources needed to compete with other brokers
Support the development and mentoring of junior associates

Minimum of five (5) years experience in employee benefits client service for a retail insurance agency
Self-funded, 100+ ees experience is required
Active Life & Health insurance license
