The Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales at the company is a strategic leader responsible for managing an enterprise-level field sales team and driving the growth of the intelligent agreement management platform within a large geographic region. This role involves leading the team to achieve individual sales quotas, assessing sales pipeline and activity, and coaching Account Executives in developing key enterprise-level sales skills. The successful candidate will be a mentor, coach, and evangelist for the business, maintaining strong account relationships, reducing churn, and growing new business. The position requires a creative and independent thinker who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of resolving conflicts and solving problems.Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales position should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a quota-carrying role in enterprise software sales, with at least 6 years of sales team management experience. A BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university is also required. Preferred qualifications include a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience in SaaS-based offerings, and a proven ability to build, coach, and enable a rapidly growing team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to work on cross-functional projects are essential. The role demands a leader who is willing to travel and is located in the specified Midwest region.
