What you’ll do: Greet and provide a pleasant first and last point of contact for all patients and visitors.

Facilitate patient check-in and check-out, including insurance verification, accurate input of patient information and collection of co-payments and past due patient balances.

What you’ll need/requirements: High school diploma or GED

Ideally, at least 1 year experience in several of the following: handling moderate-to-high volume of inbound/outbound calls, scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits and face-to-face customer or patient interaction. Experience in a medical environment preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills, great customer-service attitude, and professional demeanor.

Full-time and PRN roles available

Full-time employees must be able to work (3) 12-hour shift schedule and rotating weekend schedule per week. PRN must work at least 2 shifts per month including rotating weekends.
