Job Description Job Description Join the NCG Hospitality team now hiring a Task Force Manager! ** Must be available to travel 75% of the time as roles will vary greatly depending on property designation.

The Task Force Manager will assist with management transitions, acquisitions of new property openings, distressed properties providing leadership to operations in staffing, budgeting, forecasting, P&L responsibilities, sales & marketing, guest services and facilities management at any one of our properties located nationwide.

Responsibilities
Plans, develops, coordinates and implements the day-to-day operations of the property
Assists with property staffing to include recruitment & selection, training, orientation & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management, and other team member relations issues
Assist with the training and development of all property management positions
Lead varied duties and tasks as needed, the task force nature of this position will allow for full flexibility in this area
Drive property-wide improvements within team member training and development, to
ensure top quality guest services and drive consistent guest returns
Qualifications
Hilton and Marriott experience required
Hyatt experience preferred
75% travel availability, roles will vary greatly depending on property designation
Five or more years of hotel experience with three years in a management position
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
