Job Overview:
Position: Mid-Level Corporate and Business Transactions Associate Attorney
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duties:
Drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements
Drafting and negotiating license agreements
Drafting and negotiating supply and other operational agreements (e.g., CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs, etc.)
Drafting and negotiating product purchase and sale agreements
Conducting legal research related to life science transactions
Providing legal advice and support to clients on corporate and business transaction matters
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or eligibility for admission by waiver)
4+ years of law firm experience with life science transactions
Strong understanding of corporate and business transactional law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
