Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts.

Advising clients on securities law compliance and issues (experience in securities law is a plus).
Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (NJ and PA Bar license desired).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private placements.
