**Job Description**

+ Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to

+ independently design, code, test, and deploy software

+ Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.

+ Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology

+ Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities

+ Bachelor's degree/equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field

+ 5-7 years of qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment

**Pay Transparency:** This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
