The Role
What is the goal of the role?
The Warehouse Management Systems Business System Analyst for HighJump WMS systems primarythrives in responsibility is to designing and delivering complex system solutions. The Warehouse Management Systems Business Analyst will to support both new WMS setupinitiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the (Warehouse Management Systems) across the Global Organization in HighJump based warehouses whilst ensuring that they support the overall company goals and IT strategies.
Ensures that the business teams responsible for managing the (warehouse) get the solution support they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
Actively participates in projects, workshops and working parties, or carries out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.
Supports the warehouse and other teams in ensuring that the operations of the organization are captured, processed and reported appropriately.
Delivers projects, enhancements and new systems by working with the Solution Design team, other IT teams and the user community to develop solutions, define technical requirements and develop any necessary technical documentation.
Acts as the WMS - HighJump systems expert in partnership with other IT teams and internal departments to deliver technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of the region and Global organization.
Support the day to day work of the (Warehouse Management Systems) and other services by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented.

Thorough experience with HighJump – WMS.
Retail industry experience is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of integrating on premise systems with SaaS solutions and third party organizations.
Proven solutions design and configuration skills

Project Delivery Work
Designing enhancements, Working with Development, QA and Users to deliver them to Production.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Act as a BSA WMS SME, in partnership with internal departments and third parties, delivering technology solutions that meet the system and process needs of Deckers Brands
Collaborate on solution delivery with IT Solution Design Team and supporting the delivery phase through to implementation.
Support the day-to-day work of Warehouse operations functions by troubleshooting and helping with the systems that have been implemented.
Create Design Documents, working with Development and QA Teams to deliver and deploy the solution to Production.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or related work experience
5 to 7 years minimum experience in supporting any top tier WMS environments such as Oracle, Manhattan, JDA, and Highjump, Highjump experience would be a plus.
3 to 5 years minimum in supporting integrated Warehouse Systems (Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control System, Parcel Shipping System, and Warehouse Automation).
Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Warehouse Automation (Warehouse Control System, Unit Sorter, Automated Storage & Retrieval System)
3 to 5 years minimum experience as a Business System Analyst in a Warehouse Management Systems based role
2+ years’ experience integrating with ERP systems like Oracle EBS or SAP
3 to 5 years minimum of SQL experience
Experience in GS1 shipping label creations using Label creation software such as Loftware and Bartendar
Experience with SQL Server DBMS, SQL, Stored Procedures
Experience with .NET
Exposure to wholesale, retail, and ecommerce business modelsWhat years of experience are required for this role?

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Mooresville, IN location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
