Overview of the role
Collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional teams to guarantee the delivery of top-notch products and exceptional customer service, supporting our company's expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for Tier-1s, OEMs, and partners; triage CFD
Excellent debugging skills for multi-vendor scenarios; suggest workarounds and permanent solutions
Debug CFD with log analysis, test bench recreation, and validate fixes
Experience with CANoE or similar for generating CAN traffic
Collaborate with QA and development to understand CFD causes and provide feedback
Serve as liaison between customers and engineering team
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
Solid years of experience as an escalation engineer in data center companies
Proficient in TCP/IP networking with some automotive experience
Understanding of ECUs and automotive systems
Capable of providing multi-channel support (phone, web, email, chat)
Self-motivated with the ability to develop effective processes and meet SLAs
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product management, and internal teams
Confident in leading troubleshooting and escalation efforts with internal teams, partners, and vendors
