General Manager - Residential HVAC Mechanical Service - Base Salary to 150k/year - South Windsor, CT
Our client, a stable, fast-growing residential mechanical servicing company handling service, installation, and preventative maintenance, has an immediate need for a General Manager to oversee operations of the CT branch. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for a sales oriented, visionary leader to help build out the CT area, taking them to new heights. In this position, the General Manager should have a very entrepreneurial mindset and will be largely responsible for growing the business, via the sales team, as well as implementing processes and metrics. Experience in HVAC and/or the trades is preferred. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 150k/year, a bonus structure, as well as equity options. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
