Job Title: Director of Accounting
Job Description
Seeking a Director of Accounting to develop, optimize, and govern global commerce revenue and receivables accounting processes. This role involves leading the month, quarter, and year-end close and reporting processes for revenue and receivables, ensuring timely financial reporting and analysis for management and key stakeholders. You will support the accounting team in researching and analyzing new accounting guidance, apply guidance to relevant topics, and partner with Shared Services to optimize processes. Additionally, you will help manage working capital, support the implementation of new finance and accounting technology systems, and drive results through leadership and influence. This role also requires building and maintaining an effective team aligned with company values through talent development, training, and mentoring to promote a culture of high performance.
