Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Tools Associate Producer to fill an open position with a leading developer in the gaming industry, based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on industry-leading gameplay experiences within a renowned gaming franchise, contributing to the growth of one of the top automotive entertainment brands worldwide. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Tools Producer to define and develop internal tooling crucial for creating game content, tracks, cars, and more, ensuring efficient workflows for the content teams.
In this role you will:
Lead day-to-day software development lifecycle rituals, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups, to ensure achievable sprint goals and successful execution
Coordinate deliverables across multiple teams, breaking down features into work items and guiding them towards successful delivery
Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring awareness of schedules and progress throughout development phases

The Ideal Candidate 2-3 years of experience in Agile-based, Kanban, or Waterfall software development methodologies, with a focus on collaboration with engineers
Proficiency in project management tools/software, with experience in ADO and Confluence
Strong track record in game production roles, including experience with AAA/console-based game production
Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and attention to detail
