What are they looking for?
They are seeking an accomplished IP Partner with a portable book of business in excess of $1mil to join their prestigious team.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex intellectual property matters within the technology and life sciences sectors.
Counsel clients on patent strategy, portfolio management, licensing agreements, and intellectual property litigation.
Provide strategic advice on IP issues related to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other life sciences innovations.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional legal services and achieve business objectives.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar (other state admissions considered).
Portable Book of Business in excess of $1mil
8 Years of experience practicing intellectual property law, with a focus on technology and life sciences.
Established portable book of business with a strong client base.
Expertise in patent prosecution, IP litigation, and strategic counseling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
