Performance Optimization: Optimize Sitecore implementations for performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Conduct performance tuning and monitoring to ensure optimal system response.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to address vulnerabilities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Sitecore solutions.
Proven experience in architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Sitecore CMS, including the latest versions.
