You will be a strategic powerhouse, crafting and executing captivating online campaigns, nurturing the certification brand, and driving engagement through marketing initiatives for both online and in-person workshops. You will be a strategic powerhouse, crafting and executing captivating online campaigns, nurturing the certification brand, and driving engagement through marketing initiatives for both online and in-person workshops. In this role, you will be the voice of the program, building awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to increased program enrollment and revenue.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the customer certification program, driving awareness, lead generation, and enrollment.
Identify and analyze target audiences for the program, segmenting audiences for targeted messaging and outreach.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel online campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials aligned with the program's value proposition and target audience.
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Craft and articulate a clear and compelling brand identity for the customer certification program.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for in-person customer workshops, driving attendance and maximizing value for participants.
Proactively collaborate with other departments, including the Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, and Content teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Work with external marketing agencies to drive, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns.
Your Experience & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in online campaign management and brand building.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and target audience segmentation.
Experienced in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials and content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for customer education and professional development programs.

Meet the Programs team The program team is a group of project managers and specialists with appropriate and complementary professional, technical or specialist skills. Under the direction of either the program manager, project manager or the production manager, the team is responsible for carrying out the work detailed in the project, program or production plan.
