EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in making a strong contribution to the company’s revenue growth and overall success. You love your work, especially the creative collaboration with your Marketing colleagues and other colleagues across the organization. You are a team-oriented, self-starter who believes there are always better solutions to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities. Good enough is never good enough for you. As a marketer, you see the big strategic picture but realize that the devil is in the details of successfully executing business-building marketing and promotional programs.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few: Partner with the Senior VP of Marketing and other Marketing Team colleagues to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that effectively engage our prospective clients and broker/advisor partners, generating marketing qualified leads. Those clients include HR officials and other executives who manage employee benefits plans at self-insured organizations. The broker/advisor partners work with the clients to provide and help manage their employee benefits programs.

Create and execute marketing/communications programs that help to build, expand and promote the EmpiRx Health brand as the leading clinically-driven, customer-first PBM company that helps clients substantially lower drug costs while optimizing member health outcomes.

Implement a range of marketing and communications strategies and programs, including email campaigns, webinars, conferences and trade show events, digital advertising (including paid search and SEO), inbound marketing efforts leveraging our new website, social media outreach, and public relations programs.

Leverage our marketing automation platform and Salesforce.com to execute email campaigns, track marketing qualified leads and associated revenue pipeline, and track and leverage marketing data to optimize lead generation. (Experience with Pardot marketing automation is a strong plus for this candidate.)

Write a full range of marketing-related content, including emails, brochures, articles, marketing plans and reports, and press releases.

Share accurate, reliable and meaningful marketing performance data and analysis in a compelling, consumable manner with actionable insights, using dashboards and other methods.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans/budgets, vendor relationships, asset requirements, on-site management, and promotional/sales support to make EmpiRx Health conferences and trade shows a success.

Partner closely with Sales, Clinical and Client Management teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns that generate leads, leverage our clinical leadership, and involve our clients as references and testimonials.

Collaborate closely with our creative/design team to develop industry-leading marketing and sales content, including eBooks, PowerPoint presentations, articles, brochures and videos.

Work with the SVP and other Marketing Team colleagues to manage marketing budgets.

Monitor and track relevant industry and competitive news and activities and report to teams as needed.

What You Need: Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a related marketing role, with at least the last 2-3 years as a marketing manager. Most of that experience should be in demand/lead generation marketing.

Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the pharmacy benefits management industry, employee benefits services and solutions, and/or healthcare insurance.

Proficiency in marketing technology tools such as marketing automation (Pardot is a plus), email marketing platforms, Salesforce.com, website analytics, search advertising, LinkedIn marketing, Adobe Acrobat.

Strong writing skills, with excellent knowledge of grammar and punctuation and superior attention to detail and self-editing.

Flexibility to juggle competing priorities and changing conditions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to develop strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
