We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability and overall user experience of our applications, primarily web based. Your primary responsibilities will include measuring and optimizing applications to ensure they are user-friendly, intuitive, and align with the company's objectives. Essential Functions:

User Research and Analysis:

Conduct user research to understand target users, their needs, and pain points.

Analyze user feedback, behavior, and data to make informed design decisions.

UI/UX Design:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Conducting design workshops.

Create and iterate on user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.

Ensure seamless navigation and interaction within the UI, focusing on user-centric design principles.

Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

Develop iconography, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback from others.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and gather user insights.

Iterate on designs based on testing feedback and ensure continuous improvement.

Prototyping and Documentation:

Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the flow and functionality of designs.

Document design specifications and guidelines for developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Experience and Skills:

Required Education and Experience:

5 years of related experience in UI/UX design.

The ideal candidate must have a portfolio with UI/UX examples.

Proven track record in planning and executing usability tests.

Familiarity with Lean UX preferred.

Expertise in various usability testing methodologies, tools, and software.

Expertise in UI/UX principles and wireframing tools.

Ability to derive actionable insights from usability test results.

Experience in working collaboratively with designers and product teams.

Proficient in documentation and presentation of usability findings.

Deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
