We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team and assist their customers with technical problems while marketing their products and services.
The Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities
Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our client’s products and services.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information about sales issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure their complaints are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
Requirements
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role will be an added advantage
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales techniques
Ability to commute to job location daily.
