Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Office Manager position at one of our locations in Pasadena, CA .

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM; Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly
Position Overview: The office manager is responsible for monitoring the tasks performed by office personnel.
Essential Job Functions: Supervision of office and staff.
Training employees.
Planning work schedules and communication instructions.
Assigning employees to specific as needed.
Monitoring employees work performance to ensure that revenues collected are accurately recorded and properly secured.
Responsible for preparing parking revenue reports and coordinating bank deposits.
Respond to customer concerns and counseling employees.
Other clerical duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Superb customer service skills a must.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Use of calculator and general mathematical skills required.
Parking experience preferred but not required.
