**_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_**
+ 1 year technical maintenance experience
+ 4 years prior maintenance experience or a combination of experience and training
+ 2 years of experience in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting circuits
+ 2 years of experience working with overhead bridge cranes
+ 2 years of experience working with welding machines
+ Experience working with variable frequency drives
+ Working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
+ Attends, participates and conduct pre-shift and weekly safety meetings
+ Deals politely and professionally with coworkers, customers, vendors and visitors
+ Follows direction or instruction
+ Acceptable housekeeping practices
+ Complies with all AXC policies and procedures including Attendance, Code of Conduct, PPE/Dress Code, Teamwork, etc.
+ Safety training complete
