We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Meketa Investment Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management and operations, from talent acquisition, compensation, and development to employee relations and organizational strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that supports our company’s growth and embodies our core values. This position reports to the Co-CEO’s.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.
Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention, performance, rewards, & recognition.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns or other issues.
Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Administer or supervise the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; training and development; all aspects of Meketa’s year-end employee review process.
Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develops and drives best practices for hiring and talent management.
Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
Develop and coordinate compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with respective HR staff to develop, manage, and implement human resource policies and procedures, develop and administer job evaluations, job classifications, and salary systems.
Manage HR Staff, allocate work, recruit and trains staff hires, provide timely feedback, conduct performance reviews, and manages department budget.
Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
Assist in developing the company’s DEI goals and Member of the firm’s diversity leadership committee.
Position Requirements: A Minimum of ten years of human resources management experience, with at least five years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and comfortable with technology-based HR solutions.
Experience with developing and implementing Compensation strategies and benefits programs.
Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new practices and industry trends.

Education Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Investment Consulting industry.
SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
