Job Summary
Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a General Manager t o oversee the day-to-day operations of a Dining account. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, strong team leadership, client relations, and a commitment to ensuring superior food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of P&L and budgeting for the account.
Oversee the daily operations of the account.
Handle HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and team training.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, guests, the Client, and other departments.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top-quality food.
Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the Company's marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
Five years of experience in foodservice operations.
Essential experience in high-volume production and catering.
Previous experience in budget management.
Eagerness to learn and advance within a leading foodservice company.
