• Pay: $45.00 – 65.00/ HR based on experience
• Shift/Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Project Manager
Construction experience necessary, “Can Do” attitude and great computer skills
Minimum 7 years of experience as a construction PM
Good interpersonal communication
Leadership qualities
Superior organizational abilities
Excellent time-management skills
Problem-solving skills
Decision-making abilities
Multitasking
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, On-Screen Takeoff and MS Projects are a plus.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors
Able to oversee multiple projects at one time, including but not limited to fast track projects, off hours projects, TI’s, etc.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Attention to detail
Attend jobsite meetings- preconstruction, pull planning, scheduling, safety
Create and track all requests for information and change orders.
Create and track all Requests for Information and Change Order items
Extensive knowledge of bid and contract documents ie. Plans, specifications, schedules
Duties include but not limited to:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and third parties /vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
