We are actively seeking a motivated and innovative Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team!
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Guide by example as a culture and rigor ambassador, setting standards for peers in business systems
+ Serve as a primary resource within the team, possessing an in-depth understanding of business systems
+ Thoroughly document requirements, aligning them with core enterprise principles
+ Collaborate closely with development teams to implement processes meeting product and customer needs
+ Interpret business drivers, identify gaps, and propose initiatives to enhance system efficiency
+ Coordinate complex efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals
+ Define execution plans aligned with enterprise goals, proactively communicating across all levels
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
+ Minimum 3 years of business systems analysis experience
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
+ Practical experience in business systems design
+ Preferred experience in digital customer and B2B partner platforms
+ Proficiency in various business analysis techniques and tools
+ Passionate about driving critical business programs from conception to completion
+ Naturally curious and adventurous, with a commitment to continuous learning
**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $136,625.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
