Job Description
Our client is a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and their Mobile, WiFi & Internet Data Insights organization is looking for an adaptable, organized, and effective Business Analyst to join their team to drive projects, process, efficiency, and organization.
On a day-to-day basis, candidates will:
- Interface cross-functionally with engineering and operations team for product features, functionalities, and deployments.
- Meet with business and product teams to elicit requirements and defining use cases.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
- Maintain, contribute, and organize Jira and Chalk pages.
- Work with Data teams to understand what the data means and be able to liaison patterns and translate to technical business requirements.
- This role has a pay range of $40-$50/hour, depending on years and level of experience.
