You’ll Get To
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving support operations
Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to manage KPIs and provide actionable insights to the support leadership team
Collaborate to analyze historical data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to workforce planning strategies.
Build and maintain data models that capture relevant information for analysis and reporting purposes
Design and implement data structures that support efficient data analysis and reporting workflows
Collaborate with support operations teams to analyze data and identify trends related to product issues or challenges
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve product performance, usability, and customer happiness.
Work closely with support teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Facilitate cross-functional business process Kaizen Events and Gemba Walks
Help drive a culture of continuous improvement with the people that do the work in the defining of process and embed methods to drive sustained continuous improvement

What You’ll Need
5-7 years experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role
Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented and highly organized, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Collaborative mindset, working optimally with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$89,750.00 - $113,250.00
