Job Description:
Primary Skills (Must Have)
PC Insurance business analyst experience
Insurance domain, Agile/Scrum knowledge
Proficient in SQL
Able to gather data requirements and reporting needs
Utilize SQL to extract and analyze large amounts of data including testing and validation of data sets, balancing, etc.
Perform data profiling and data-in-context analysis to support data warehousing projects, data conversion, and data quality issues
Perform database structure research and create data mapping documents in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use
BA will be working predominantly in the data integration projects and hence Data mapping and SQL skills will be the key skills required.
Soft Skills
As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
