You bring the energy and the follow-up and we will provide you with enough leads to ensure you are never bored and you have plenty of sales opportunities • Once pandemic restrictions fully lift, lead high-performing open houses at least once per week; this includes activities before and after the actual open house • Participate in powerful networking events at least once per month; identify where in your community you are involved and be mindful of that involvement to create business opportunities • Recruit and participate in our monthly Home Buyer’s Workshops • Assist clients through all aspects of the home buying and home selling process, from contract to close • Collaborate with the real estate group to maintain an extremely high level of customer service for clients; the client is always right Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must possess the following qualities: • Positive attitude • Detail-oriented • Team player • Problem solver • Excellent communication skills • Fast and task-oriented • Strongly magnetic social skills • Relentless self-starter Knowledge/Skills: • Active Real Estate license (or soon-to-be licensed) • Quick to respond to requests • Dependable follow up • Superior oral and written communication skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
