Job Responsibilities
Manage daily schedule and calendar of key activities including conference calls, executive lunches, scheduling appointments, conferences, and internal and external meetings.
Coordinate special events as well as assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business related meetings as requested.
General client support with phone calls, emails and document preparation
Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and presentations, maintaining files, managing expense reports and timesheets
Book travel and registration for meetings and off-site conferences
Welcome and greet client and visitors at the office
Manage Daily USPS regular and certified mail as well as FedEx mail, labels and billing
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters both internally and externally to the company
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistance experience or Minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Flexible attitude and ability to deal well with changing assignments and priorities
Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Preferred Requirements Experience working in professional services

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $100,000 - $135,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
