This may include interviewing organizational stakeholders and subject-matter experts, collecting and analyzing survey results, reviewing and evaluating existing courses and source content, etc.

+ Designing learning solution proposals that address the defined project needs and incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. This includes presenting your design proposals to stakeholders and incorporating their feedback.

+ Drafting outlines, storyboards, scripts, and/or prototypes to support development.

+ Building polished final deliverables that contain clear instructional copy, adhere to brand guidelines, and incorporate basic graphic design/visual communication principles.

+ Collaborating with organizational support groups such as IT, Corporate Communications, and Training Admin to ensure your solutions align with Sargent & Lundy systems and standards.

+ Gathering and analyzing data and feedback throughout development and after the launch. Forming insights and developing proposals to revise learning solutions based on key insights when appropriate.

+ Communicating project status to relevant stakeholders consistently throughout the project.
