You will join our US Water, Construction Management division.

As our new Project Manager, you will be part of the team that support project delivery of Ramboll's Municipal Water/Wastewater Infrastructure construction projects.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Manage scope, project financial objectives, project teams, and schedules for infrastructure construction projects.

Pro-actively manage change orders and project risks in terms of quality of deliverables, subcontracts, revenue recognition, budgets, cash management and safety.

Maintain client contact and strategic plan implementation related to technical advice, planning, permitting and construction phase services for water/wastewater construction projects.

Assume active role in the selection of the project team, procure subcontractors, prepare and administer project budgets and schedule for projects.

Act in a leadership role for implementing, complying, and promoting health and safety requirements and guidance.

Motivate and influence a project team to deliver client service excellence.

Implement, delegate and mentor technical and administrative responsibilities to the project team.

Business development opportunity with preparation of proposals, negotiation with clients, project planning and execution.

Constructability reviews of design and supporting documents for conformance with projects' technical and performance goals.

Your starting point for constant growth

For this role, we believe your starting point is: Experience in successful project management of bidding, construction, and closeout phase services for water/wastewater infrastructure projects (minimum 10 years desired; demonstrated expertise accepted).

Experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management positions or roles.

Experience in client project or program management

Knowledge of Microsoft Project and financial reporting systems.

Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services.

Strong communication skills.

B.S. Civil/Sanitary/Mechanical or Environmental Engineering

Professional Engineering license is required.

OSHA 30 Hour Construction Training.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include strong interpersonal and communication skills in addition to attention to detail.
