Our client is looking for a dedicated professional that aspires to become a valued addition to our team and grow their
career internally within the organization. We are searching for a Content Marketing Coordinator with a preferred minimum of 3
years of experience in marketing or a related field to join our growing team. We can offer you the opportunity to work in a

POSITION SUMMARY
The Content Marketing Coordinator is organized, outgoing, creative and ready to join the Marketing team. This individual should be
comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. This role will provide support to the Marketing / Business Development
Department, reporting to the Director of Marketing. This a full-time position is based in our Carlsbad office. Candidate must have
reliable transportation and be able to drive to project sites (mileage will be reimbursed).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create new social content that will be used across social media platforms.
o Instagram
o LinkedIn
o TikTok
Visit project sites 1x/wk to get content
Write blog posts (2-3/month)
Complete assigned marketing project management tasks. Example of tasks include but are not limited to:
o Project team and contacts
o Building project profile sheets in Adobe InDesign
o Collecting information for case studies
o Updating team resumes
Take headshots for new team members
Make small edits/updates on the website using Wordpress:
o Update project photos
o Add / Update team member bios and headshots
o Post blogs
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Extensive social media experience
Canva
Basic knowledge of Wordpress
Basic knowledge of Hubspot
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
Experience managing and/or contributing to a corporate social media account.

examples of design using any of the Adobe tools listed above.
