They are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team to oversee the marketing efforts for their portfolio of gaming projects that they have released and looking to release soon.

Responsibilties:
Managing a small team of marketers and directing then on how to execute the marketing strategy in place.
Building out content calendars and strategy for social media
Develop and manage marketing strategy across community, product and content
Be creative and research/identify new marketing routes
Conduct thorough market analysis to uphold a strong marketing approach, ensuring competitiveness, and offer comprehensive market insights for the leadership team
Focus on increasing social media engagement, channel growth, and traffic from social channels
Requirements:
7+ years of marketing experience
4+ years of management experience - coordinating marketing, PR and communications teams
Startup experience - hands-on, self-motivated and fast-paced
Experience in crypto OR gaming OR gambling is the preference to candidates
Strong understanding of social media channels such as discord, twitter and tiktok
Organised and great project management skills
Benefits:
$200k - $280k base salary + token/equity package.
