Supporting the Service department with paperwork including billing and quoting
Managing Corporate start-up accounts
Processing internal orders for start-ups, quoting, and warranty processing
Customer billing disputes
Following up on quotes
Pulling the tech jobs daily, match time to jobs, log scorecard date
Purchasing order number follow-up
Tracking open jobs orders for potential missed billing opportunities
Populating and sending the weekly on-call list
Maintaining petty cash box
Achieving business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
Identifying problems and providing alternative courses of action
