Develop and maintain complex financial models for renewable projects.
Manage due diligence process, maintain and develop 3rd party with external stakeholders, and manage junior team members daily.
Qualifications 3-6 years experience in project finance tailored to renewable projects and transactions
Tax equity transaction experience required
Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
Advanced financial modeling capabilities required
Transaction experience in the energy or infrastructure sector at a developer, PE firm, investment bank, advisory, or similar.
