STIIIZY Accounting Associate I

Description

We are seeking a talented Accounting Associate I to perform a variety of clerical accounting tasks in support of the STIIIZY Accounting Department. While the primary focus of this role is Accounting Associate I, the successful candidate may also cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compiles and sorts of invoices and checks.

Handles accounts payable duties.

Records business transactions.

Keys daily worksheets into the general ledger system.

Records charges and refunds.

Utilizes computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies as needed.

Performs work under direct supervision.

Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Performs other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor, including leading projects.

REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years of age.?

Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.

Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
