About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Asset Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact for all portfolio management, servicing oversight, and asset strategy. This role involves overseeing multiple servicers, trusts, and strategic portfolio initiatives across various asset classes. The VP, Asset Management will be integral in supporting the management and value of client portfolios, and is expected to engage in regular client collaboration, servicer engagement, and reporting of portfolio performance.Applicants for the VP, Asset Management position at the company should have a college degree or training in finance/mortgage banking, with a minimum of 8 years' of industry experience, including at least 2 years' in an AVP level role. Commercial real estate asset management experience is a requirement. The role demands a candidate with strong Excel skills, the ability to work well with staff and clients, and excellent communication and analytical abilities. The VP, Asset Management will be tasked with maintaining the visibility of every deal, identifying performance trends, and raising potential issues to management attention. Professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
