Primary Skills: Production Planning (PP)
Role Description: As a Buyer/Planner, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, buying, planning, or a related role, with exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for production and operational activities, emphasizing lean principles.* Support the planning and scheduling of production activities based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.* Implement lean manufacturing principles in procurement and planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.* Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, and updating systems.* Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
